Welcome! As fund manager of the America First Tax Exempt Investors,
L.P. I would like to personally welcome you to our new website. For
over seven years, our goal has been investing in sound investments that
offer stable tax-exempt income. We are looking to grow our fund by offering
developers a single source plan of finance which includes a direct bond
purchase program. 
By offering an efficient low-cost financing program,
